Alemba launches ASM Hermes 10.2025.Q4, delivering major UI, performance and accessibility enhancements

Alemba has announced the general availability of Hermes 10.2025.Q4, the latest release of Alemba Service Manager. This update delivers significant improvements across usability, performance, accessibility and integration options, supporting organisations looking for a modern and efficient ITSM and ESM platform.

Hermes 10.2025.Q4 introduces a new Service Catalog widget that provides a modern layout for faster discovery of services and bundles. Nano, Alemba’s streamlined analyst interface, has received a major refresh with a cleaner design, higher performance, improved navigation, enhanced search, and upgraded workload management features. The Screen Designer has also been enhanced to make it faster and clearer to create and manage layouts, with new visual indicators, preview mode and improved drag and drop accuracy.

A new ServiceNow Logic App Connector enables real time REST API synchronisation between Alemba Service Manager and ServiceNow. This supports unified incident, problem, event, request and task alignment, reducing data duplication and helping organisations run cross platform workflows more efficiently.

Additional platform enhancements include updated Auto Close Rules for suspended calls, improved email handling for MS Graph API, new toolbar buttons for Email and Email All, a new date and time operator for the Email Activity Log and expanded follower and recipient controls. The release also includes a series of security updates and quality improvements across the system.

Hermes 10.2025.Q4 aligns with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, improving navigation, clarity and usability for all users. Alemba continues to invest in accessible design to ensure that organisations can deliver inclusive digital experiences across their service management operations.
