We work alongside our customers in the charity sector and local government to make a tangible difference across the communities we serve.
Sustainability is built into how we work. We have consciously reduced waste by rethinking what we hand out and what we throw away.
Recent initiatives our team and company have supported, from inspiring future careers to backing staff-led fundraising and celebrating public service.
In September 2026, Alemba sponsored the Primary STEAM careers day for more than 500 primary school pupils, part of the Essex Year of Opportunity initiative supported by our customer Essex County Council. Our team also volunteered on the day, running the arts zone’s handprint banner and coloring station.

At the Pink26 and Pink25 conferences in Las Vegas and the DigiGov24 Expo in London, we donated to Plan International, a globally recognized organization advancing children’s rights and equality for girls in more than 80 countries, reducing plastic merchandise in the process.

We proudly back our team members in their personal charitable efforts, from sponsorship to donations. We were thrilled to support our Head of Global Business Development, James Speight, in his three half marathon challenge, making the final donation to help him cross the finish line for FORCE Cancer Charity.
Most recently, our Senior Product Analyst Claudia Lungu and her son took on the RBC Race for the Kids in Hyde Park, raising money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The whole Alemba team got behind them, as a company and as individuals, and we are proud to have helped them race past their original target.
Alemba was proud to sponsor the Rising Star of the Year and Dare to Try categories at the Luton Borough Council Excellence Awards in both 2025 and 2026. These awards celebrate the innovation and ambition that drive public service forward, values we are honored to champion two years running.

Alemba reduces its environmental impact by replacing trade show giveaways with charitable donations to cut plastic merchandise, and by refurbishing and donating old IT equipment to those who need it rather than sending it to waste.
Alemba supports a range of charities and causes, including Plan International, FORCE Cancer Charity, and Great Ormond Street Hospital through the RBC Race for the Kids. We also back the personal fundraising efforts of our own team members.
