In Review: Alemba's first Annual ANZ User Group Conference

Alemba’s first Annual Australia and New Zealand User Group Conference took place on 9-11 March 2016 at the Langham Hotel in Sydney.

The primary focus of the conference was providing a relaxed environment for our clients to network with their peers and share experiences across a broad spectrum of Service Management initiatives and challenges. The Alemba team was on hand to share insights into our company and solution roadmap and provide hands-on training for the new release of the vFire 9.3 software.

We had a great turnout, with customers from across Australia and New Zealand attending. We were very fortunate to have such great customer speakers over the 3 days, who contributed hugely to making the event such a great success:

  • Jeremy Leman (Environment and Heritage) and David McKinney (Lida)

  • Bill Stanley, Deloitte
  • Kaylene Ainsworth, Pilllar

The sessions really helped to showcase Service Management innovation and how effective Service Management can make a quantifiable and tangible difference, both in people’s lives and their businesses.

Two great social events at the Glenmore and Lord Nelson provided everyone an opportunity to unwind, network and get to know each other and the Alemba team.

We had some very positive feedback on the event and all the client speakers above and we will use all the feedback to make the event even better next year.
