The Hiscox and Alemba teams at the Real IT Awards ceremony
The Real IT Awards are independently judged by senior IT leaders and represent the highest level of leadership and delivery in IT in the past twelve months.
With over 140 submissions received from almost 70 organizations, competition was fierce. Hiscox impressed the judging panel with their large-scale ITSM project to improve overall IT Service Management tools and processes in the organization.
Alemba Service Manager forms a key part of the Hiscox ITSM ecosystem and serves as the first point of contact for all IT services needs via the self-service portal.
