As the largest independent industry event in the Southern hemisphere, itSMF Australia’s Annual National Conference is a must-attend event on Alemba’s calendar.
Service Management 2015 took place at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on 20 to 21 August, and approximately 400 delegates from Australia and around the world gathered to debate topics around the theme of Building Customer Value.
Alemba was there as Platinum Sponsors to showcase our Enterprise Service Management software and services and network with our customers and fellow Service Management professionals.
Alemba’s key focus was to contribute to customer value by highlighting outcome-driven approaches to Software and Asset Management. Alemba Senior Solutions Architect and Business Analyst, Chris Jones, took to the stage to demonstrate the Alemba approach to effective SAM and help audience get control of their software assets.
