Alemba’s first annual North America User Group conference took place on 18-21 January 2016 at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida.
This conference was an opportunity for our US-based customers to get to know the Alemba team, network with fellow delegates and learn valuable skills to help them get the most out of their vFire Service Management software.
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort proved to be the perfect location. The resort boasts a picturesque New England-style yacht club and nautical-inspired lakeside hotel, which overlooks the boardwalk. In true Disney style, our guests were treated to dazzling firework displays from Epcot every night.
The 3 day conference featured a packed agenda, including informative presentations, product demonstrations and interactive training workshops led by our product experts.
